You only pay half the hourly rate (minimum one hour) if we send an expert to visit and inspect your property. Once they identify the cause of the error, they can either fix the problem at an hourly rate or provide a fixed price quote that includes the cost of the investigation. They will not do any retouching work without your consent.
Our team can provide you with firm quotes for large projects. We also have fixed prices for electrical safety testing (EICR and PAT testing).
